1 brief introduction
NDW-20000Our company follows the standard GB/T16823.3-2010 A new type of fastener comprehensive testing machine designed according to ISO 16047:2005 Fasteners Torque/clamp force testing method is mainly used for the detection of physical properties during the tightening process of large hexagonal bolts in steel structures. It can automatically calculate parameters such as coefficient of friction between threads, bearing surface friction torque, tightening torque, clamping force, torque coefficient, etc.The system adopts microcomputer control, which has high accuracy and sensitivity in controlling and measuring loads and angles, and displays real-time test curves such as torque/time, axial force (clamping force)/time, torque/axial force (clamping force), etc.
The testing machine consists of a host, measurement control system, computer system and software package, functional accessories, and other parts.
